Today, sushi is enjoyed in countries around the world, and as diners’ palates have become more sophisticated, there has been a growing global demand for authentic Japanese sushi.
In response to this need, our company has obtained a license from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare to operate as a fee-charging employment agency (License No. 13-ユ-317985), enabling us to introduce authentic sushi chefs and Japanese cuisine professionals to establishments worldwide. These are head chef candidates with extensive experience, technical skills, and comprehensive knowledge for spreading Japanese sushi culture to the world.
Experience: 21 years and more – Head Chef Candidates
B Rank
[Monthly Salary] ¥600,000 – ¥700,000
Skilled sushi chefs with substantial experience in Japan who can provide authentic sushi.
Experience: 11-20 years
C Rank
[Monthly Salary] ¥500,000 – ¥600,000
While this may be their first overseas assignment as a sushi chef, their experience in Japan ensures they can perform excellently abroad.
Experience: 5-10 years
《 Referral Fee 》
Our referral fee is set according to rates registered with the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare, and it is a contingency fee of 30% of the candidate’s projected annual salary. The first 50% is paid when a job offer is made through an online interview and a work visa is obtained, and the remaining 50% is paid 10 days after the candidate is hired and begins work.
Process from Application to Employment and Start of Work

- 1Complete and submit the required information using the proposal form below.

- 2Our company will send three to four candidates’ job specification to your company.

- 3Your company will notify us which candidates you wish to interview online.

- 4Your company’s representative will conduct online interviews with candidates at our office at mutually convenient times.

- 5If the interview results in mutual agreement on terms between the representative and candidate, an agreement document will be prepared.

- 6Our company’s administrative scrivener will apply for the candidate’s work visa.

- 7Upon issuance of the work visa, the candidate becomes a confirmed hire. Your company will remit to us: economy class airfare, 50% of the referral fee, and \100,000 to cover the administrative scrivener fees for work visa processing, based on our invoice.

- 8The confirmed candidate will arrive at your company (Japanese Restaurant) and meet with your representative, at which point he become officially employed. If no issues arise within 10 days of work commencement, your company will pay the remaining 50% of the referral fee based on our invoice.
